Women Who Run With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes - A Jungian approach to self-healing and empowerment through stories. The introduction requires a little patience. This is one of the most life-changing books I have ever read. - htm

Dahr Jamahl’s Iraq Dispatches - Dar Jamahl is one of only a few independent US journalists to report from within Iraq. You can sign up to receive regular emails about the occupation, and related events in the rest of the world. His interviews can be extremely difficult to read, but are a crucial resource for anybody wanting to know about the real experiences of people living in Iraq.

Adventure #3 Sit in a quiet, dark room for 15 minutes.
Adventure #4 Spend an hour talking to someone without using the word ‘I’.
Adventure #5 Write a secret on a piece of paper. Go to a bookshop and leave the secret between the pages of a carefully chosen book.
Adventure #6 I once knew a man who collected the word for ‘butterfly’ in different languages. Start your own collection.
Adventure #7 Go for a picnic in a usually unpicniced place.
